- Minimum S&H charge is $7.95
- Stone orders weighing under 150 lbs are shipped by UPS.
- Stone orders weighing over 150 lbs are shipped via interstate freight at the lowest possible price.
- Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. • Orders of stone which need cutting will be cut and shipped via UPS on Mondays & Fridays only
- Small Post Office orders or tools are usually filled and charged & shipped Monday through Friday.
- Overnight orders are not possible unless your order is placed before 8 a.m. Pacific Time via UPS
When filling stone orders, we make every effort to accommodate your request regarding weights and dimensions. Every stone leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and is securely packed. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.
Cutting to weight charges for pieces under 25 lbs. - 0.20¢ per lb.
Cutting to shape (cube or rectangle) charges. - $1.00 per lb.
